Hickory: Support answered your ticket on a Sunday? That's a first. For your information, "Serial keys depleted" means that support simply needs to add a new batch, so I fail to see why they would advise you to go back, unless they have actually remedied the situation and added more. But on a Sunday? I doubt it.
some of our minions do work on weekends :D
