This is going on for days now! What kind of service GOG is running when customers buy games and
can't even install them.
Asked for a refund for all the games I bought recently, this is why you should never trust any other platform but Steam.
Thanks for nothing GOG, the worst service on pc gaming platform.

Only in GOG one really OWNS the games he/she buys. Anywhere else, you pay to just play them.

Are you trying to go through the galaxy client, or are you using the normal game installers from your account?

Looks like GOG accounts also been stolen-reselled as Steam ones. Many times i see completely noobs with accounts registered before Galaxy first come.

Steam accounts (18 years), some oldest forums accounts... and now maybe even Gogs - actually also can be for kids now. Parents create acc, kid now have it. 14 years of GOG. Decade enough to suspect it is now child of originally acc owner.
