I was a big fan of Dragon's Dogma. You can really lose hours upon hours in simply building your character and finding your preferred fighting style. The main things I loved about the game was the sheer scale of some of the monster fights and the pawn system.

I really wish we saw more games use similar systems to the pawns. I'd highly recommend the game if you fancy something a little different...and if you like climbing monsters!

kohlrak: Dalamadur style?
Hell yeah, I always saw Dragon's Dogma as being in the same DNA pool as Monster Hunter!
