i downloaded both dungeon keeper 1 and 2 games and niether one of them work. the second one just says error, and the first one launches to a black screen and then a message pops up stating, there was a problem launching the program, then it says searching for a solution and it does not find one then it was windows will close the program now...

Both work flawlessly here, on a Debian (Linux).
Original Dungeon Keeper running with DOSBox, and Dungeon Keeper Ⅱ running with WINE.

So the issue might be with your system.

Look for a solution for Dungeon Keeper and [url=https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Dungeon_Keeper_2]here for a solution for Dungeon Keeper 2.
If that doesn't work post more info so we can try to help you, but in the mean time, open a ticket on GOG Support, is very slow latelly, could take like 2 weeks so with your specs, system and version we maybe can do something.
