I only know of one kind of Poker, I don't know what the version i know is called. I've seen other poker versions on TV but they never explain the rules that I've seen.

The poker version I know, something like, you draw 5 cards, then you choose how many cards you wish to replace. After that is final hand and you make bets as to who has the strongest hand. I know the different types, don't remember for sure what all is stronger than what in the order of victory.

The version where there are house cards or rivers or something in the middle, no idea.
Lately, the only video-game gambling I've done that I can think of is playing the slots in Streets of Rogue. But I only do it when I have some sort of advantage (as there are a handful of ways to increase your luck -- some general, one specific not only to gambling, but to a single slot machine). As long as you don't change bets once you start, you can pretty reliably make a solid profit before the machine stops working (which is a balance thing in the game), and rarely do much worse than breaking even. But as with real-life gambling, you have to have a decent amount of cash that you can afford to lose in the first place.

Beyond that, I used to play some blackjack game for Windows 3.x back in the day. And the most use I got out of the old Maxis-published Klik & Play was playing the slot machine game that came as a pre-made example.

Heh, I had forgotten about that. Was a decent way to earn some money (usually).
I'm a huge fan of Triple Triad from FF VIII, to the point where I downloaded the FF app just to play it.
