I recently got a screen at the resolution mentioned in the title. I love GoGs bonus wallpapers, especially for D&D games like Neverwinter Nights; but the highest res gog has to offer looks a little blurry at my resolution.

I wonder if it's possible to get wallpapers at higher resolutions? Or is the source art these wallpapers are created from too small to do so?
Yeah, 2560x1440 (16:9) and 2560x1600 (16:10) (and even higher, as 4k/UHD screens start to appear) desktop backgrounds would be nice to have.

Then again, it is only a "nice to have" thing.
Hmm, I can imagine the horror of a 320x240 windowed game on that screen :P

Well, 2560x1440 is perfectly dividable by 320x240 so at least the picture is gonna be perfectly crisp. ^^

Surprisingly not bad at all!

How many inches does your screen have anyway? I used to have a 28" 16:10 screen, now I (sadly) have a 27" 16:9 screen and frankly I LOVE playing old low resolution games that way. I really don't get people who consider this unbearable.

27", I find it great, especially for development purposes.
