I got the previous "Call of Juarez" game as a freebie, so I can't really complain too much. I like some of the ideas they tried, but the game jumped between cool-boring-frustrating too often to really enjoy it.
If it's an improvement here, I may check it out. Multiplayer component is not an issue, as I'd probably just ignore it anyway.

It's a huge improvement. There's no stealth character like Billy was in Call of Juarez; only a handgun expert and a rifle expert. The only forced switching they do is in level one and two, to get you to try out both characters. After that, you can choose who you want to play for every level, except one level near the end, for reasons the story will explain.
It's a prequel to the original, focusing on Ray and his brothers before he became a reverend. While it involves the treasure again and some of the same characters from the first game, it's different enough story-wise to see it as something much more than a lengthy expansion pack.
PC demo naw avalaible, its about 1gig and its raher short but its nice.
