elendiel7: I assume it has worm like properties because I do not deviate from visiting gog or steam while on windows, and I have adblock even. I also don't use yahoo, but gmail and Google news.

I do have a family member that uses yahoo on a different computer though.
Yeah, I didn't mean so much to diagnose your exact problem. I just wanted to make you aware that there are people out there trying to build bitcoin mining botnets. No idea how you got infected.

Another good reason to have adblock plus and to have to give flash and java permission to run.
