Sachys: Thanks for all the images folks! I reckon I have enough to get me going nicely now! :)

Spinorial: Surely you need to badger momo for a picture of her bichon XD
Narp! - the flow would be never ending and result in me going to bed at about 6am! Heheh!
More proof, that GOG general discussion is the best community on the internet.
Those are some great dogs, folks. tinyE's looks so put-upon that he seems to be the hero facing off against the feral horde. And Spock & Kirk are so cute that I finally understand how they managed to start the slashfic movement.
Sachys, for your - future? - use, here are some pics of my late, beloved wolf hybrid, Grendel, looking particularly wolfy as he plays in the snow.

And, as an adorable wolf pup.

HetzerOne:
Thanks!
I'll take a look when the files uploaded (I HAVE FINISHED! WOO!).

Thanks again to everybody who contributed - I've just re-read the emails between myself and the art director and uncovered something I'd forgotten - they hope to print it as a large scale poster and 50% of profits are mine. When I initially re-read that I thought, "Oh, nice - I can maybe get something for the guys that helped me out!" - but then thinking on it more (and thinking of the two dogs I had in the past), it occurred to me that money might be better going to a dog based charity or charities to help some poor pooches out.

I'd now like suggestions on that from all who helped me out last night or posted in thread. I can't seem to find a worldwide one, so if I can I'll have the guys at OFC rotate between a few.
I would be inclined to give it to a small local one, the larger charities attract more funding and resources, the smaller local ones have to budget on really meagre resources.

Whatever you decide, hopefully we get to see the finished product :)

If you have any links it'd be good to see!

As to the final piece, I'll probably post a breakdown of it on by blog (and update here) when printed

Awesome. I'd agree with F1ach, something local to you is more likely to get some actual use out of the donation, smaller charity generally means less bureaucracy. The local RSPCA should be able to point you in the right direction.

I look forward to that update!

If i were to go local I'd actually go with the PDSA centre, but I'd rather see some suggestions of where the money can (genuinely benefit) abroad too as I know not all countries have such a good setup for animal related charities (and sometimes bigger problems for the animals) than the UK.

My only knowledge would be of the one where I live, I got a companion dog there, for my boxador (Fiach) and the lady that owned the place actually cried because she had found a home for the dog (Dara), they were really living hand to mouth, they are still open 16 years later, all the helpers are volunteers and they are surviving on collections outside supermarkets and sponsored walks etc.

I know you wanted material not copyrighted, and you got what you need, but just for inspiration.

Have you seen the opening of Waltz with Bashir?

Take a look at this from about 01.00 to 03.00 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8L2z2FAfQM

Pick a small charity that you believe in, and support their good work. I contribute to a small rescue outfit that specializes in funding to save dogs that would otherwise be euthanized. Find one that YOU are enthusiastic about, and feel connected to.
Little bump here - for those of you who contributed / were interested in general, theres a limited print of the final piece up on ebay right now:
