Im sorry if this question sounds silly but I really dont know what happen.
I never bough a game in this website, however there was a giveaway of "Chains of Satinav" in Reddit, and well, I thougth that that game worth a try. So I get the code and added to my account but the game is not in "My games" section, the "My collection" is empty. If I click on "support" the game appears there(in case i need support for that game), also I recieved a confirmation e-mail.

of course im logged. I tried everything and I waited 24 hours. I have the confirmation e-mail "Hi gogjonik, thanks for your purchase!" And as I said when I press "support" the game is there.
Oh well I just added it to my steam whislist. fuck this site.

Have you tried refreshing your account with the link I posted?
If Chains of Satinav doesn't appear, just contact support. They're very helpful.

Also try adding one of GOG's free games to your account and see if it works.
