Hello!

A couple of days ago I was notified by the small red square box near My Account tab that 1 game was updated.
I opened the My Games page and I clicked on the updated tab ... 1 game installer was updated in effect.

Because I had no time at that moment to download the new big installer, I closed the browser without downloading anything; today when I returned to GOG this alert was gone so I don't remember what game was updated ... having more than 200 games it is a problem.

Is there a way to know what game was updated?

There is a thread (unofficial) for that.
The easiest way (at least for me) is checking the game subforums. A blue (usually good old judas) makes a sticky thread about the update (In Example). So when in doubt, I look at the subforums that have just/recently enough been updated.
