JMich:
just seen the email for this. Definately have to drop some cash in the bank for bundles tomorrow!
cheers JMich!
Thanks for the heads-up. I've just picked this one up. Some stories sound more appealing to me than others, but who knows? Maybe I'll be surprised. I go through a lot of audiobooks on the commute to work.
Initially I was dismissive of an audiobook bundle but with Salman Rushdie and Burroughs in the lower tier, why not?
Nothing interesting there...
Damn, I hate audiobooks. If they'd been ebooks I'd have considered it, but I don't have the patience for audiobooks.
I was giving them money before the email finished loading. I listen to a lot of audiobooks at work, so this is a great deal for me. :D
Audiobooks? Really? Pass.

Agreed, and Storybundle isn't running anything at the moment either...
Not my cup of tea and to be honest not really what I'm looking for over on HB, but at least that means that my money will be somewhat safer for the next 14 days.
It would be nice if they started including ebooks in future bundles, it shouldn't be that hard to add them in.

If they'd been clever, they'd have included them all as both audiobooks and ebooks. Most people are probably likely to only buy either one or the other, so they shouldn't lose anything that way, and it would attract both kinds of customers.
Are any of them notable or did they just pick random people to showcase?

Burroughs and Rushdie are notible for a LOT of contoversy redgarding both of the works on offer among other things. McCarthy is the guy who wrote The Road.
