(DA2 is actually a good game, but my wife might find it too combat-heavy)

I always thought Postal 1 is very romantic. I mean, he starts killing people at random because they took away his house, which he loved .

The only "romantic" games that come to mind are Clannad and Katawa Shoujo. KS has some H-scenes, but you can turn them off. There is a all-ages version of Clannad. I played neither though, but try to get them.

Actually, after Kyoto Animation did a great job in making some great anime from Air, Clannad and Kannon, those games had non-hentai versions re-released for multiple platforms ( PC, PSP, etc...)

Ironically, my brother loves the game for the combat. He has everything, from the special edition to all the DLCs and the printed strategy guide. And he is very excitedly looking forward to Dragon Age Inquisition.
He gave me a total hands on demonstration before I first started playing. I would say "rogue" is definitely my favorite class. :D

1. Ico, though it's not really a love story.
2. Shadow of the colossus - I haven't played this in a long time, but I'm pretty sure it dealt with the protagonist doing the giant slaying as a way to bring back his love.

...but there's a catch, of course. She wants the game to have romance in it, and I need your help to find a game for her. Do you know any good games that include a really romantic, engaging story arc for the characters? I can assist her with the gameplay, so that shouldn't be a problem.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
