Hi, I had an account on gog.com and now I can't log in. I made this account to wite this post. I wrote to support 2 times but nobody answered me!

I didn't log in for a while and I wanted to reset me password but I get a message: "there is no account linked with this e-mail" all the time.

I had Witcher and Wither 2 and now it's gone.

What do I have to do?

Have you tried all of the email adresses you have used in that time period? - or tried different extensions (ie googlemail.com instead of gmail.com)?

Are you sure you wrote the correct e-mail? Maybe you created your previous account using another e-mail...

Double and triple check whether you provided the correct email address. I understand that you're frustrated and don't want to hear things like this but it's far more likely that you are providing the wrong address (maybe a typo or a wrong address altogether - make sure that you have indeed received emails from GOG to that address in the past to verify that it's the correct one). I can't imagine that accounts just disappear or data like email addresses gets corrupted.

Anyway, clearly support will be more able to help you than anyone else. When did you contact them? I usually got replies within hours or a day. If it's taking longer there's a chance that the issue is more complicated and they need more time to determine where the problem lies.

Strange that contact hasn't answered you yet, maybe the mail address you are referring does indeed not exist. can you access the mail that you have registered your old gog account with? Maybe they did reply you with the wrong mail...

I have 2 e-mails and and I tried both of them. There is no chances that I used another e-mail adress.

I wrote to them about 2-3 weeks ago and again 2 days ago. I don't know what's going on.

Well, check your inbox for messages from GOG.com just to be sure. Maybe you misspelled it when registering?

I got some e-mails from gog.com but I didn't get any message from them for 1 year. (???)

Is it possible they just delete my account without any information?

EDIT. I checked my spam folder and no message form gog, too.

Mmh strange indeed, since you have registered two games with that account... (It's possible that NSA has hacked your account and is now playing those games :s) Hopefully a mod can help you out, also have you mailed them or send a ticket?

Have you checked your spam box? What email are you using? hotmail, gmail, ... Is there a way that your might have blocked gog.com? Have you actually bought those games or did you just register your copies? Maybe during registration you gave in the wrong mail, since gog doesn't give you the chance to verify email when you register for the first time (which is a risky and unsecure thing imo)

Edit: ok so you had received messages from them but not during one year, I don't understand. I thought you mailed them like 3 weeks ago...

I checked my spam box. Nothing there. I'm using gmail and op.pl (polish mail). I bought Witcher and register my copy of Witcher 2.

It's really strenge.

And did you type in gmail.pl or gmail.com? One can forget things, especially if it's from one years ago.... You (or anyone else) didn't by any chance delete your account?

If all else fails gog should be able to find an account based on how you bought witcher 1+2 (paypal details, card details or serial if you bought it on steam and got a free copy here using that).

Not ideal, but at least you will get it back eventually.
