We know you missed it, so do we, that's why we're re-launching the contest on twitter where you can win a free game from GOG.com. What's the deal? To get a chance to win a free game just post this text on twitter: "@GOGcom I want a Good Old Game for free http://www.gog.com #GOGgiveaway". The more you tweet the bigger chance of winning, so don't limit yourself :). Every Saturday in the community news, we will draw one lucky Twittfeeder and give them a coupon code for a free game. haydenaurion: I'm trying to post the giveaway thing in my twitter, but when I post on my twitter it won't show the update. It acts as if I never posted anything. I looked through their help page and it was no help at all. Is anyone else having this problem?

Why don't you try using a Twitter client? Have you cleared your temporary files?

I'm not sure what a client is, but my temp files are cleared and it still doesn't work. Another post shows up, but it says it was posted hours ago so that can't be right. Then when I try to log on again it only shows two of the posts I made. It was working fine this morning.
Uh, nevermind. According to a help page I think the twitter people might not be too happy with me posting the gog giveaway thing. I think they're going to bust me for spam even though I haven't posted nearly as many times as everyone else, lol.
I think gog.com might want to rethink this twitter giveaway thing.
Now my twitter is working again. I guess it was just technical difficulties.

Twitter clients let you post to Twitter from your desktop, eg. Twhirl, TweetDeck.

iDarbert: That's odd, I didn't get any.
My Twitter eMail address is correct (I get follow and DM notifications just fine) but I didn't receive any eMails about that.
I will check my spam filter but considering the server side one is disabled I highly doubt it was marked as spam.
Maybe I just need to be patient and wait a few more hours :P
