VoodooEconomist: *sigh* This is the point at which I'd give and reinstall the whole game. Anyone else has any ideas?
Delete everything, clear the temp files and any .bin files lying around, reboot, and do the hokey pokey?

Note: last step optional

EDIT: Everything being "all of the DLC files" not "the whole hard drive"

maul_inc: And btw. My other dlc, the Roche Commando jacket isn't working either.
From what Voodoo Economist said, it takes a while to show up in game.
