It's a pity I don't understand a lick of polish because I just heard his voice on youtube and it's so great. I can see why the english fella tried to emulate it, and though he improved since Witcher 1, he isn't nearly as good.
Yes, Mr Jacek Rozenek is a very talented voice actor indeed. Maybe you can try playing the game in Polish but with subtitles? I'm planning to check out the English version on my next playthrough myself :-)
Hmmm I tried all voices (PL,EN,RU,FR,DE) and I still like EN the most, he just sounds so perfectly bad ass, but PL is close second...very good voice too.
Like VoodooEconomist, I highly recommend using Polish voices with English subtitles. I like the Polish voiceovers much better in general, and especially for Geralt.
Yes, played Witcher 1 with Polish voices even before the EE for that came out, a helpful Polish forum member put up the voice files for download.

Rozenek is amazing in both games.

Plus, it seems to me that all the major players from the Polish localization of Witcher 1 came back for Witcher 2 and they're all so good...

IMO it helps that I don't understand any Polish, makes the world seem more unique and exotic. The only downside is script mis-matches between the Polish V.O. and English subs. Some lines in the Polish voice script are very very short, while the corresponding English subtitle displays a rather long sentence for an instant, leaving no time to read it.

Also if you want to understand folks talking to each other in the game-world you have to stare at them so you can see the subtitles floating over their heads...

Minor issues considering how much I love the foreign track.
