MarwanSdd: I have The GoG version of The witcher 2 i was on patch 1.35 and downloaded version 2.0 from the website but when i run it , it says invalid version or incomplete . i tried uninstalling the game , deleting all registry files and reinstalling and when i do all that the game applies a patch but i have no idea which patch it is and it says it's up to date when it's not , and again won't let me update to any of the previous patches , not even 1.1 and i still get the same error . any ideas ?
jjavier: The first thing would be to know what version of the game is installed rigth now.
The readme file of the game should have the version number at its very begining.
My readme file says:
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings v. 2.0 ReadMe file

wilowah: Same issue here. I hope there's a fix that doesn't require a clean install.
I've had trouble updating the game every single time a patch was released , usually a clean install helps but not this time , patcher says up to date when it isn't .
