One of my favourites from my childhood, the unique control scheme was truly ground-breaking. I've been wanting to play this again for years, hopefully I'll finally get to play it on PC!

Such a fun and quirky game! I remember playing this along with Spyro. They both scratched the exploration itch. It almost reminds me as an early Astrobot when it comes to silly scenarios and such. Would love to be able to play this again some day on PC!

My late cousin gifted me this game when I was 12. I didn't think much of it because it didn't seem all that interesting to me. Nevertheless, I booted it up on my playstation 2, and I'll never forget it. I found myself playing the entire rest of that night. And the following week. I even 100% completed it by the end of the month. It was genuinely one of the best platforming games I ever played, and after that, I played Ape Escape 2 and then later Ape Escape 3. I'll never forget how she introduced me to this game and it's a key memory for me regarding her. Whenever I was down or bored, I would boot up the game and smile the whole time. I want to have that feeling again, with all three Ape Escape games. I want to remember my childhood. Remember how to escape and find joy in the little things. I want to spend hours catching apes and collecting coins and cookies. I want to use the fun little gadgets they gave you every world. I want to fight Specter again. I want to do so much again.
I'm dreaming about play this game again! Me and my brothers had great moments with this story... Spike is one of the best characters of all times!! Please, bring it back to us! :D
Please, for the love of all that is holy and banana. PLEASE. I just want to be able to play ape escape again!! maybe if we give it enough love sony execs will notice and give us what we want with a new game
I used to play this often as a kid I memorized all the lines by heart, and I love this game so much. Its the game that got my brother into the series as well, and he loves it so much he speedruns it every year. I think this game would be great for others to experience that don't have a Playstation. A classic that is under loved!
I remember playing this with my brothers when I was just a little kid. We had received a demo for it in a game catalogue then bought the full game later. I remember it was hard for me to play since I was so young, but I would enjoy finally beating it after all these years!
Always wanted to play this game, but since this game requires analog movement, I wasn't able to play this on emulator. So here it is, I have never played this game, but I have heart about this game series, also I have watched sequel longplays, so I'm more or less familiar with this game series. If this game will be released here. I will finally be able to play this game here with normal controls. That will be awesome.
I remember watching someone play an Ape Escape game, I think on the PS2...? That was years ago when I was a kid... I forgot the name of the game but always wanted to play it. Searched for it for years but never got the chance. I finally found it again a couple years ago. I would love to finally be able to play it on the PC! ...and have it on GOG too. I would be surprised if it made it here but I would be overjoyed. It seemed like such a fun game and a unique idea. The way you could capture apes with a small net is funny. One of the most hilarious things was being able to chase a large pink ape/gorilla into a tiny little cage that it could clearly step over but it never did. I miss games like this & Fur fighters. For the sake of fun! Please bring this here, I would buy it immediately or any game in this series if there are mutiple.

Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine Return
Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine ReturnTomba! 2: The Evil Swine Return is a side-scrolling platformer in which the titular character, Tomba, moves on predetermined linear paths until he reaches an intersection point where a flashing arrow appears over his head. At that point Tomba can move in either direction the arrow points. Some areas in the game enable the player to explore them in a top-down view, allowing Tomba to move around freely. The main goal of the game is to complete all 137 objectives (133 make the regular ones, while the other four are obtained from a Tomba 1 save file) which range from retrieving a fishing hook for a fisherman to helping Santa Claus find his "sack". Completing a task earns the player "Adventure Points", which can be used to unlock specific boxes scattered around the game's world. As the game progresses, Tomba can obtain suits that give him special abilities. For example, the flying squirrel suit allows Tomba to glide long distances while the pig suit allows Tomba to communicate with friendly pigs. Scattered throughout the levels are magical feathers that can instantly transport Tomba to any area that has previously been visited.

Tomba!
Tomba!Tomba! is a side-scrolling platformer in which players control Tomba, a wild boy on the search for his grandfather's bangle that was stolen by some evil pigs. Although Tomba is normally restricted to a two-dimensional plane, there are certain points where he can jump or climb onto a new plane. Tomba's main method of attack is to jump on top of enemies to grab them, allowing him to hop around on them before throwing them away. This can also be used to open other objects such as eggs or treasure chests. Tomba is also able to use various projectile weapons such as maces and boomerangs and can swing on branches and poles. The game is based around a mission system, where the main character's (Tomba's) skills are employed to complete various tasks. Completion of a mission gives a certain amount of adventure points (AP) which are required for AP boxes which contain food (which gives you AP and restores 1 space of vitality) or items, and you may for example need 50,000 AP to open one. AP is also used to gain access to special places or information later in the game. Not all missions are necessary to progress in the game, however, they are required to achieve full completion. There are 130 events (missions) in the game, many of them rely on other events to be completed.
