Battle Forge was one of a kind game made with Strategy gameplay and Deck building in mind that some will think of it as basically Magic the Gathering RTS, however, it had much more depth thanks to it's RTS side which allowed for very unique and fun mechanics such as Unit Sizes actually affecting how each unit would deal with one another, (e.g smaller units getting trampled by bigger ones). The Spells and Unit Abilities could quite literally change the outcome of a battle and it was magnificent to see, specially for the tech of that time! Walls crumbling under the Stampede of a Juggernaut, the impact of Construct Main Cannon hitting a XL Unit and the visual spectacle of the many spells at your disposal are just a few examples of how amazing and addicting Battleforge trully was...and still is! EA being EA shutdown Battleforge back in 2013 due to, most likely, financial reasons, however, the game has been recently revived back in 2020 thanks to passionate fans and rebranded as Skylords Reborn! It not only has a small dedicated playerbase but also recieved several updates in recent years with new cards already avaible and making new fresh and intereting Decks! The game however lacks in visibility and thats where GoG's Dreamlist comes to mind, bringing Battleforge/Skylords Reborn to the Store as a free to play game (as it already is!) on a similar way as they did with Fallout 4: London will could surely help bring newer players to not only play the game but also help expedite it's development progress! We still got a long way ahead of us for Battle Forge to reach a more noticeable place in the ranks of the Dreamlist but I hope one day it will be there or at the very least helps give it more reconition that trully deserves!
Well first of all and this is Big 1. Because this game is alive 2. New name is Skylords Reborn... 3. Go and try it is now totally free to play (boosters and all just by playing) 4. GOOD LUCK and see you in the Forge!

Having the game on GOG would greatly expand the audience of the game. Most unforgettable part for me is that I did have the great opportunity to learn and help revive the game for the small but dedicated player base.
Do you remember Battleforge? The innovative real-time strategy game that combined card collecting with fast-paced gameplay? It's back as Skylords Reborn! This remake brings the exciting blend of strategic deck-building and dynamic battles back to your screen. Step onto the battlefield, collect powerful cards, and become a Skylord in this captivating revival of a classic!

I still have the preorder cards lying around. This game was so interesting. It was a strategy game, but it had such a unique dynamic since it also was a card battler. The cards were relatively well balanced, and the factions could be mixed and matched. The resource system was interesting and made sure that most matches would increase in speed and intensity over time, which made quick thinking and decision making vital. What broke this game's neck was probably the monetization. Today, you would call it predatory and it would be all the way up there with most smartphone gacha games and mobas in terms of how much money you could burn in this. Still, the fun factor was incredible, and the transition from single player to multiplayer was incedibly fluent, with coop, pve and pvp modes all just being one click away. It was fast paced and frantic, yet approachable and easy to pick up with a well balanced learning curve and enough stuff to do on the side. If this were to be re-released, I would appreciate if the amount, or at least the cost of ingame purchases would be reduced. I would have no qualms if the system was used to finance part of the online servers in the future, but it would be a shame if this game kept this shady part of its past. A big wish would be the ability to get the limited edition cards back, maybe in a way so that everyone can earn and enjoy them. Also, there is a project called "Skylords Reborn", which essentially uses the original abandoned client and works as sort of inofficial server for the game, while maintaining it and adding new content in small doses. I would really appreciate if their efforts could be somehow included into a release.
Those games also need your vote!
Tom Clancy's EndWar
Tom Clancy's EndWarIn addition to traditional RTS controls, EndWar goes beyond other Real Time Strategy games by letting you use your own voice to control your units, offering you true control at the speed of thought. Instead of using the traditional top-down view, EndWar employs a unique third-person camera that puts you in the heart of the battle, making the use of terrain and cover even more critical to achieving victory. Zoom in and out at will and watch the devastation unfold as hundreds of units engage the enemy on fully destructible battlefields.

Farm Frenzy
Farm FrenzySlip into a pair of overalls and try your hand at running a farm! From tending to the fields where your cows graze to gathering eggs for sale at the town market, Farm Frenzy is as stimulating as the real thing-- only you won't have to experience the nasty smells! You will, however, be required to invest the money you earn in new equipment. Building a cheese dairy, for example, allows you to process your milk on the spot and make even more cash. To beat a level in Farm Frenzy, you must complete a specific task, such as producing a certain number of eggs. Each new level is more challenging than the last, so you must increase the capacity of your warehouse and improve the performance of your production facilities. You can even buy a larger truck capable of delivering more goods to market! All of this makes dealing with the occasional bear easier. Featuring compelling and enjoyable gameplay, Farm Frenzy lets you give Old MacDonald a run for the money.

Black & White 2
Black & White 2In the game, the player takes the role of a god called from the void (nothingness) to help those who invoked them. However, the player is not an omnipotent style god, but rather a god who rises and falls with his believers and the player must help develop their nature according to their good or evil desires. The player also has a creature, their physical representation in the world, which takes the form of an anthropomorphic ape, lion, wolf, turtle, cow, or tiger. Its physical manifestation can grow to an immense size, and adopt a good or evil persona separate of the player's. They develop their character as the player rewards or punishes their actions. In addition to the god simulation and city-building elements introduced in the original Black & White, Black & White 2 also features elements of real-time strategy gameplay, with the addition of controllable warfare and fighting units.

Sonic Shuffle
Sonic ShuffleSonic Shuffle is a party game developed by Sonic Team and Hudson Soft and published by Sega for the Dreamcast video game console. The game is based on the prospect of advancing characters around a board game while playing mini-games in between turns, much in the same vein as Nintendo's Mario Party. Sonic Shuffle is the first Sonic the Hedgehog game in the party genre. The game's story centers on Sonic and his friends as they attempt to restore a dream world by gathering the shards of a powerful object dubbed the Master Precioustone. Sonic Shuffle received mixed reviews upon its release.
