One of my favorite games of all time. I remember my tradition as a kid was going to Movie Gallery on Halloween and renting this to play on Halloween night. The moody music, campy one liners, and solid combat that still really holds up today always keep me going back to this classic. I own on the OG Xbox and that's where it's stuck because it was an exclusive. We need GOG to preserve this, but I'm sure licenses are an issue. PLEASE GOG!!

Never watched the show when it originally aired. I had seen the movie, thought it was dumb and never bothered with the TV show. Rented this game upon a recommendation from a friend and really enjoyed the game. After being told the game was based off the TV show and not the terrible movie, I then watched the show. Liked both. Voice overs in the game were from the actors from the show, with the exception of Sarah. I forget who they got to replace her, but she did very well.
First game I got for the OG xbox and as a fan of the show, I cannot TELL you how good this game is, The Collective, the studio behind this and Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb knew what they were doing. The graphics were great and still hold up today, the combat was fluid, you have a slayers handbook full of special moves and a massive arsenal, you get to partake in scooby meetings in the library, fight icons like the Master, the dreamers, Angelus, Spike, the enemy variety is plentiful, getting to stake a vamp is so satisfying. the soundtrack scratches every itch and overall it's replayable. AND it's better than buffy: Chaos bleeds, don't get me wrong, I love chaos bleeds but the OG is the definitive slayer experience.
I love Buffy the show. And I never played the game ever. The 2002 game is awesome. I only watched the gameplay but I wanna play it. Like Buffy is such an icon and a legend show when we had VHS tapes. LETS GO BUFFY!

Dark Earth
Dark EarthDark Earth is a post-apocalyptic action-adventure game for the PC. Dark Earth takes place several centuries in the future, when a meteor collision with Earth tossed up great clouds of dust that blocked out the sun. Earth's remaining survivors began to seek refuge beneath small openings in the clouds, the few places light could be found. Those that remained in the 'dark earth' were hunted by strange creatures, infected with the darkness. To shelter themselves from the dangerous 'dark earth', the people began to form cities beneath the light called 'Stallites'. At the time of the game, most of the citizens of the stallite have forgotten their history and now worship the light as a god. The stalites are run by 'Sun Priests', who maintain order and prevent the creatures of darkness from harming the city. The game follows the story of Arkhan, a "guardian of fire", protector of the stallite 'Sparta' and the Sun Priests. After an attack on the sun priests, Arkhan has a poison thrown into his face that begins to infect him with the dark sickness. He begins to mutate into a creature of the dark and has to find a cure before his transformation is complete. Along the way, he is treated as an enemy by most of his former friends while he struggles to uncover the conspiracy behind the attack.

X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse
X-Men Legends II: Rise of ApocalypseX-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse is an action role-playing game and a sequel to X-Men Legends. The player controls a party of four characters, though only one at a time can be controlled directly. Besides switching the characters for combat purposes, the player is often obliged to do so, because some of the tasks in the game require the specific abilities of a certain mutant. For example, Iceman can put out the fire, Magneto can generate a metal bridge across a gap, etc. Most of the time, however, is spent in combat, collecting loot and acquiring experience points. Unlike the first game, items dropped by enemies are random. The character will level up, become stronger, and learn new skills. The player can opt to allocate all the experience and skill points manually.
