I played this game SO MANY TIMES growing up. I loved it to pieces and actually used some of that info in my history reports. I'd love to play it again.
I played this game multiple times as a kid at my grandpa's house. I learned a lot of things from history that help me later in school. I feel this is a great game to start new gamers on. My sons have inherited my love of games. I feel that these types of games are great for young kids to start out with, because of the problem solving skills they provide what don't require a lot of motorskills on a controller. It helps them learn how to slove puzzles in games, remember things said by NPCs, and look for colletable items in games. All things that help establish a baseline for RPG and adventure style games.
