I first bought and played this game after enjoying the demo of the 5th game of the franchise on the vita. - The anime comedy - gold - Pixel art/animation - Gold - Gameplay - Tactical RPG classic/Gold It's definitely one of the more unique entries in the series, but is still loved and aged well by those who enjoyed it. The fact this game is not on PC like it's sibling titles is outrageous.

I've been a fan of this series since the PS2 era... oddly enough this one has eluded me by a long time. Would be great it it were available again outside the PS3/Vita.

It was one of the first ever games I played on the ps3, It’s a childhood favorite of mine, sad to see it was never ported over to pc. I wish there was a way to preserve disgaea 3 and its dlcs along with its siblings

Disgaea 3 while not my 1st disgaea game is THE 1st disgaea game I have completed! I enjoy the cast of characters, the music is very unique to the game itself, and the amount of postlude, and dlc characters makes this game massive and super lovable. This is a game I’ve been waiting for to have a complete re-release but it has yet to happen! So please if there’s any real way to bring this version of the game back please make it happen I truly love this game and it made me a bigger fan of the series as I have been since 2012.

This was my first game in english it helped me a lot to learn the language, me and my brother played it a lot we still have our two copies of the ps vita version. I'd give anything to being able to experience this game again on a better hardware, especially since almost every other disgaea is playable except this one :c
Its only on ps vita and ps3 and that's simply inappropriate at this point. Its only on ps vita and ps3 and that's simply inappropriate at this point. Its only on ps vita and ps3 and that's simply inappropriate at this point.

This is one of my favorite stories in all of the disgaea series. It had a great mixture of humor and I even had a moment of shock about what happened in a certain chapter. I miss this game so much. I still hold out hope that one day I'll have it on PC with the rest of my collections. So I can marathon the series.

Valkyria Chronicles 3: Unrecorded Chronicles
Valkyria Chronicles 3: Unrecorded ChroniclesSenjou no Valkyria 3: Unrecorded Chronicles, usually referred to as Valkyria Chronicles III, is a tactical role-playing game developed and published by Sega for the PlayStation Portable. It is the third game in the Valkyria Chronicles series and was released on January 27, 2011 exclusively in Japan. An expanded version of the game, subtitled Extra Edition was released in Japan on November 23, 2011. The game features an opening song Moshimo Kimi ga Negau no Nara sung by Japanese singer May'n. Contrasting the previous games' bright outlook and recognition for their protagonists, Valkyria Chronicles III explores the themes of being outcast and the search for redemption. As described by its catchphrase, the game tells "The tale of nameless soldiers who, on the verge of despair, changed history." The game was the first in the series to not officially be translated into English by Sega. However, an unofficial fan translation for the Extra Edition was eventually released in December 2013.

Xenosaga Episode I: Der Wille zur Macht
Xenosaga Episode I: Der Wille zur MachtXenosaga: Episode I - Der Wille zur Macht, the first chapter of a trilogy, is a Japanese-style sci-fi role-playing game, sharing many common themes and gameplay elements with Xenogears. The battle system is not unlike the one used in Xenogears (combo attacks, AP and EP gauges, etc.), but random encounters are eliminated. Instead, the enemies are now visible and battles can be avoided. During combat the few upcoming ally and enemy turns are shown onscreen, allowing the player to make strategic decisions based on who will act next. A rolling slot moves with each turn as well, conferring a bonus such as added damage or bonus XP for any action on that turn. If the enemy would be in position to take an advantage then the player can expend a character's "boost" gauge to cut in and act next, although enemies can boost as well, and enemy boosts always over-ride player boosts. Each character has a unique tree of Ether spells they can learn by spending Ether points earned in battle, with lower spells requiring spells above them to be purchased first. After a spell is purchased, so long is it does not require a unique talent of that character, the spell can also be purchased and learned by any other character that can afford double its normal cost. The Anti-Gnosis Weapon Systems can be equipped with different weapons and accessories and can be used in combat provided that a character has enough AP on that turn to board their AGWS.

Lost Odyssey
Lost OdysseyLost Odyssey is set in a world in which a "Magic-Industrial Revolution" is taking place. While magic energy existed in all living creatures beforehand, it suddenly became far more powerful thirty years before the beginning of the game. Because of this, it has affected society greatly, with devices called "Magic Engines" harnessing this power for lighting, automobiles, communication, and robots, among other uses. While previously only a select few could wield magic, many magicians gained the ability. However, such progress has also caused two nations to develop new and more powerful weapons of mass destruction. The kingdom of Gohtza and the Republic of Uhra (which recently converted from a monarchy). Uhra is building Grand Staff, a gigantic magic engine, while the heavily industrialized Gohtza actively pursues magic research of their own. A third nation, the Free Ocean State of Numara, remains isolated and neutral, though it is falling into disarray due to a general attempting to stage a coup d'etat. Uhra, at war with Khent, a nation of beastmen, sends its forces to the Highlands of Wohl for a decisive battle at the start of the game.
