and whilst i only played tiny portion of it i adore the way the game handled car changing experience.

They are great games that are worth it, they were in their time better than GTA
this game looks awesome. I've never played it but I remember seeing one video talking about the mission where your playing as a guy chasing after you or something. the one and only second person game and its sad I can't experience this game without pirating it
This game was literally the reason why I created my Steam profile. So many memories... From PSone days when I played Driver 1/2. None of my friends could beat the garage mission!
The "shift" mechanic is a treat to use in this game, as well as the online multiplayer. The only things I would change is the difficulty of the law enforcement and the difficulty of the game's storyline and events overall.
Other than those, we need Driver San Francisco back, once and for all.
Growing up, the driver games were always fun and I always loved playing them. This one was the first one I got to play, though. I'd love to play it again, especially with it looking better on a new console or something.
There are very few games on the market that feature licensed cars and have such high quality and enjoyable driving physics despite being arcade. It's a very special game for me that I once lent a boxed copy to a friend and never got it back in the same way. Today it may be available through different methods, but I want to own an original copy.

Hang-On GPHang-On GP features three tracks: Albatross Cliff Reef, Great Crimson Wall, and New Dwells. Each track contains an additional route that becomes available after a high placing. This makes a total of six possible races.
Players can choose from among ten motorcycles to use during a race as well as an automatic or manual transmission for each. Players can also decide how the bike should control, highside or power slide.
Placing in the top three on any of the first three tracks will release the additional routes. When players place in the top three on the additional routes an endurance mode will be available. In endurance mode players attempt to complete as many laps as they can in 10 minutes.
Hang-OnHang-On is an arcade game designed by Yu Suzuki and released by Sega in 1985. In the game, the player controls a motorcycle against time and other computer-controlled bikes. Despite the name, the game is meant as a direct sequel to the Mark III version of Hang-On, and is virtually identical to that game. The only difference is downgraded graphics and the addition of music from the arcade version. Meanwhile, Super Hang-On is the direct sequel to the arcade game.
It is compatible with the BH-400 bike handle controller, and would be the only SG-1000 game designed for it (though the peripheral is compatible with the Sega Master System and Sega Mega Drive).
