Story:The public knows of government agencies like the FBI and CIA, but little is known of this super-secret agency. Code-named "Elite Beat Agents", these men in black are heroes' heroes and the coolest group of guys this world has ever known. Of course, according to official records, they do not exist. Their leader, an ex-CIA agent named Commander Kahn, scans the world for cries of help. When he finds one, he dispatches the agents, who assist their targets by performing a song and dance. The hypnotic nature of their rocking revives the targets with "Groovy" energy that boosts their willpower and helps them overcome their obstacles. In each stage, the agents arrive in a special "Beat Transport" and must tap and trace patterns that appear on-screen to the beat of the music to save the day.Show more

I grew up playing this jamming game. The goofy scenarios that you have to help random people with you'll never see coming, plus one gut punch sad level, and the songs that go with it are a bop. Plus each difficulty actually has different team members which actually makes them distinct. It would be nice to play this on a bigger screen, without scratching up my ds screen, and to have the downloadable levels and the hidden characters available again.

The best and most underrated rhythm game of all time! This game made perfect use of the interface on the DS: the dual and touch screens. With handheld console PCs rising in popularity a port of this is now possible. I used to play this waiting for my bus/train on the way to work. The music was great and the visuals were hilarious, I think of this every time I hear September, Jumping Jack Flash, or Material Girl. This is a fantastic game for all ages I played this in my early 20s and my younger brother who wasn't even a teenager yet loved it too. Truly a hidden gem.

Yakuza: Dead Souls
Yakuza: Dead SoulsYakuza: Dead Souls is an action-adventure/survival horror video game, developed and published by Sega exclusively for the PlayStation 3. The game is the sixth installment in the Yakuza series. The game's concept and keyword is "destruction"; a promotional image for the game showed the series' main locale, Kamurocho, in ruins. Leaked scans of the Famitsu issue released on September 16, the first day of the 2010 Tokyo Game Show, revealed that the game would be set during a zombie outbreak in Kamurocho and reportedly after the events of Yakuza 4.

Virtua Tennis 4
Virtua Tennis 4Virtua Tennis 4 is an action-oriented tennis game which focuses on fast matches instead of being a realistic simulation. The heart of the game is the career mode in which the player creates his own avatar. The goal is simple: reaching the top within four seasons. Here the player has various possibilities to improve his tennis player, e.g. by playing training sessions (arcade mini game like picking up eggs) to improve the statistics, buying new clothes with prize money or playing matches. The menu for this mode is made up like a board game. Other playing odes are single matches, party mode (playing the mentioned mini games) or arcade (winning as many matches in a row as possible). Here players can choose between 19 licensed athletes (plus at release already retired athletes in the PlayStation 3 version). The standard controls for returning the ball consist of choosing the wished move, e.g. a spin, and the basic direction. When a special bar is filled up, players can unleash an especially powerful hit.
