Story:Flight Unlimited is a civilian flight simulator. You can choose between an Extra 300s, a Bellanca Decathlon, a Sukhoi SU-31, a Pitts S-2B and a Grob S-103. Take part in aerobatic competitions or, if you're a beginner, learn how to fly in 34 lessons.

This flight simulator, which is dedicated to acrobatic flight (4 planes) and glider flight (1 glider), offers new sensations absent from most other flight software.
The originality and great interest of this software is to be dedicated to acrobatic flight which requires a specific know-how for each of the different planes.
The flight envelopes are very realistic as well as the reproduction of the air lifts which make glider flight interesting, the goal being to stay in the air as long as possible.
The flight lessons teach the basics of handling an airplane and how to perform many acrobatic figures.
At the time of its release, I was thrilled by its innovative quality.
I still enjoy playing it on an old PC.
Ah, Flight Unlimited. Truly, the only limit to the flights here are how long you're willing to keep respawing. There's something charming about the simplistic way it renders the land; which was innovative at the time, yet so quaint today.
This flight simulator has a few unique qualities; the lesson mode especially teaches you about many stunt flight tricks such as the hammer turn, Aileron roll, and even should you actually choose to do it, landing. The inbuilt flight recorder as well is unique, letting you break off from the recording at any time and begin flying under full control anytime.
Most of all though, is the pedigree of Looking Glass Studios, who put their typical prestige upon the game, with a good amount of silliness around the Flight Offices.
