I want this game and the original Trilogy to be enjoyed by everyone. Having both the Definitive Edition and the original version it would be amazing, the same way we have the Bioshock games not only selling their remasters but also allowing players to own a copy of the original release to discover how different and unique these versions are. GTA3 was a mass success and it deserves a place in GOG.

I love the dark & foggy atmosphere of GTA 3. The streets of Liberty City is a place I love to come back to once in a while just to cruise around in. Plz get Rockstar to bring the OG version back with enhancements.

I will be very direct I wasn't crazy for GTA 2D Universe games myself. Yes I did give em a try just wasn't my thing out of respect. Then I gotten to play GTA III on PS2 and Xbox original a little later. This game blew my mind among the first PS2 games I owned. This was a dramatically transformation going from 2D to 3D. At the same time, they recreated the experience in a way that's fun for everyone. Yes there's some difficulty spikes if you aren't using cheats. GTA III does have a great campaign. A very decent lineup of characters with great voice actors. You simply could rewatch the cut scenes. Instantly it feels like you're watching a great movie. There's plenty of secrets hidden around the map. The soundtrack is among my favorites back when I was into the franchise. The sound effects are truly amazing. Considering it's among the best selling game franchises ever!!! The original version of GTA III going to sell incredibly well on GOG. I don't think the newer version going to come close. GOG wants to deliver the best games in the absolute best possible way. Sometimes that means giving people the classic versions over newer ones. In this case is a rather wise idea. GTA III is a game that holds up amazingly well. It started GTA 3D Universe which is my favorite GTA universe. This game is a great entry point for newer GTA fans.

I've never experienced the story of Grand Theft Auto 3 before, and for my first time of this game, I don't want it to be the remaster. I want it to be the original version of the game because not only do I want to appreciate the third game in the series, I also want to appreciate the video game that truly pioneered 3D video games as we know them.

**Why the Original PC Version of GTA III Needs to Be on GOG and How It Changed 3D Gaming Forever** The original *Grand Theft Auto III* for PC is a landmark title that transformed the gaming landscape when it was released in 2002. Bringing this legendary version to GOG is essential for both preservation and accessibility. Unlike remastered editions, the original PC release captures the raw, gritty essence of Liberty City with its uncensored soundtrack, radio stations, and character designs—elements that were altered or removed in later versions. GTA III didn't just redefine its own series—it revolutionized 3D open-world gaming as a whole. It was the first game to give players a truly immersive sandbox city where you could drive, explore, and interact freely in a living, breathing world. It combined cinematic storytelling, a massive explorable environment, and emergent gameplay in a way that had never been done before. Every major open-world game since owes something to GTA III’s design—whether it's *Assassin’s Creed*, *Saints Row*, *Watch Dogs*, or *Red Dead Redemption*. It laid the foundation for modern urban sandbox games and set a new standard for freedom in gameplay. Releasing the original PC version on GOG would ensure that this historically important game is preserved in its purest form—without DRM, with full mod support, and optimized for today’s hardware. It’s not just about nostalgia; it’s about honoring one of the most important milestones in gaming history. GTA III on GOG is overdue.
TBH I really can not get along very well with the new version of the game it took the original soul and atmosphere of the game the dark foggy and some times chaotic atmosphere

Wolfenstein RPG
Wolfenstein RPGWolfenstein RPG is a first-person shooter and role-playing video game developed by id Software and Fountainhead Entertainment, released in September 2008 for mobile phones and in May 2009 for iOS. In 2013 the game was removed from App Store. The gameplay follows the recipe from Doom RPG as it is shown in the first person while being a turn-based role-playing game rather than a shooter and puts emphasis on the plot. Combat and movement are turn-based, allowing the player time to select their responses in combat. The player turns at 90 degree angles and moves space by space. One step or action by the player allows all other characters in the area to take one step or action themselves. The game takes advantage of its deliberately slow pace, encouraging players to take their time and check out every little corner, read the books on every bookshelf, and destroy all the furniture to see if anything is hidden within. Levels include underground passages and weapon development laboratories plus a level involving a moving vehicle. The game also includes two mini games: the card game War as well as Chicken Kicking, where the player is awarded points for kicking a chicken into a score area.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the PatriotsMetal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is the final canonical Metal Gear game to feature Solid Snake as the main character. The gameplay of the previous games have been kept along with some new features, such as the ability to roll on your back and also to hide in bins scattered around the environment. Most of the story and the relationship between the characters are explained through cut-scenes with a considerable length, so knowledge of the prior games is recommended to fully understand the story. The game also features a complex multiplayer mode entitled Metal Gear Online with some original missions based on the stealth aspects of the single-player games.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake EaterMetal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is the follow up to Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. It is the first prequel in the series, taking the series to the year 1964. The player takes the role as the series' original antagonist, Big Boss, then known as Naked Snake. MGS3 is the first game in the series to take place in a jungle. This unique setting created an opportunity for new mechanics. The player can adapt to the environment by swapping Snake's camouflage, hunt animals and gather plants for food. This iteration in the series introduced a new feature in which the player must apply medicine and perform medical procedures on Snake if he is damaged in combat. Apart from the survival themed features, the controls and gameplay of the game are very similar to Metal Gear Solid 2. Like other Metal Gear games, the focus is on stealth, but the player can go through the entire game like a shooter if they choose to. Throughout the game Snake acquires weapons of all types; non-lethal firearms, handguns, sniper rifles, machine guns, shotguns, sub-machine guns, and explosives. Metal Gear Solid 3 was the first game to implement the CQC (close quarters combat) system. CQC allowed Snake to beat enemies down to knock them out, or put them in a chokehold to knock them out, kill them, or and/or question them. Metal Gear Solid 3's health system required the player to occasionally pause the game and treat Snake's ailments. When Snake is shot, there is a chance that the bullet didn't pass through him, requiring the player to use a knife to remove the bullet, apply disinfectant, apply styptic and bandage the wound. This was done through a submenu in the pause screen. Other ailments the player must treat Snake for include: leeches, broken bones, burns, cut, arrow/bolts/needles, stomach sickness, colds, and food/venom poisoning. Adding to the survival elements of the game, Snake Eater lives up to its name by requiring the player to scavenge food for Snake. Under the life bar there is stamina bar. If Snake does not eat any food the bar depletes, causing various effects. When the stamina bar is low, the player's ability to aim is severely handicapped, Snake's hands will shake in the first person aiming mode. Just like real life, Snake's stomach can also rumble, enemy soldiers can hear this, and will be alerted to Snake's presence.
