Story:Illbleed is a tongue-in-cheek survival horror game and a send-up to horror Clichés. The dreamcast is home to so many gems and illbleed is one of them. In a genre thats filled with so much of the same gameplay Illbleed stands tall to differentiate itself from its competitors. over 24 years later and nothing like illbleed has been replicated in gaming. I've played dozens & dozens of survival horror games and i've never experienced something quite like illbleed. It's visuals and lighting are so atmospheric while its soundtrack goes in tandem with it. Shinya Nishigaki the founder of climax graphics/crazy games, was planning for illbleed to be ported to the xbox but he sadly passed before it came to fruition. Which led the port to be canceled even though it was 80% finished. I believe this game deserves to be ported to GOG so new audiences can experience this macabre campfest. This game does not deserve to be left on a niche console while having to pay over $300 to play it. So I speak for myself and all the fans of illbleed that this game is given the justice it deserves to be properly preserved. Thank you for everyone thats read this and has voted towards illbleed being re released on GOG.

This needs to be preserved for the insanity that is Toy Hunter: Cork goes to Hell alone. This game is both downright insane and a super unique game in the Survival Horror genre and it doesn't deserve to be trapped on the Dreamcast in a weird rights limbo for all eternity.

This game is very unique. I don't think there has ever been anything like this ever made again. Its really in a time capsule in a way. I know the creator passed away a long time ago and a port for the Original Xbox was intended at one point but was not made ultimately, so the game always been stuck on Dreamcast. Granted you can emulate Dreamcast without too much issues in general, but it would be cool that the game would be "easier to get". I could never find wich company own the liscence tough. So my hopes are low but still...
I don't know if this game will ever be ported to Gog but you never know. A fan of horror and games that stand out from the crowd, this game caught my eye with its dark and wacky atmosphere but which is unfortunately stuck on the Dreamcast (a console that I unfortunately don't have) and it's a shame because it looks cool and deserves to be discovered by more people.

I have no experience with this game or the original hardware, but I've seen plenty enough reviews and gameplay vids to interest me in its preservation. It's a real shame that Shinya Nishigaki's passing put an end to development for the Xbox port and sequel for this and Blue Stinger. Despite their flaws, there was something good here.
This game is pure madness. It's a weird combo of Resident Evil and Goofiness. And a few (And I do mean few, it's not alot.) RPG Elements. The Characters are all vivid and alive. The Levels and Monsters are........all really crazy. And the Plot is 5 kinds of Insane. There is not really another game like it and we really need to preserve this game, cause we probably will never get another game like it again. This is a game that needs more people to play or even just experience it via their favorite Streamer.
Those games also need your vote!

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.
