Lock 'n' ChaseLock 'n' Chase is a 1981 maze arcade game developed and published by Data East in Japan in 1981, and later published in North America by Taito. Lock 'n' Chase was Data East's response to Pac-Man. The game's main character is a thief. The object of the game is to enter a maze and collect all the coins and, if possible, any other treasure that may appear. The thief must then exit the maze (a vault) without being apprehended by the Super D (policemen). The thief can close doorways within the maze in order to temporarily trap the Super D and allow him to keep his distance from them. Only two doors can be closed at a time. FrogsFrogs is a single-player action / platform arcade game released by Sega-Gremlin in 1978. It is the first video game with a jumping character (predating Donkey Kong by 3 years), which by some definitions could make it the first platform game. The player controls a frog on lily pads and attempts to catch (with the frog's tongue and while jumping) various insects (butterflies and dragonflies) worth different amounts of points in a set amount of time.
Frogs is one of the first arcade games to include a static background as part of the arcade cabinet.[citation needed] The game’s graphics are "projected" by laying the monitor flat on its back and reflecting the computer-generated graphics of the frogs and flies toward the player via a mirror at a 45-degree angle. Banjo-KazooieA bear named Banjo needs the help of his loyal friend Kazooie, a red feathered bird, to rescue his sister Tooty from a witch named Gruntilda.

Tooty is hidden within Gruntilda's lair, a strange collection of rooms that contain portals to mysterious environments, where new landscapes, new friends, and new foes are encountered.

Golden Jigsaw pieces are located within previously visited worlds, and can fit any unfinished jigsaw.
