Such a great game that I had such fond memories of. I just can't seem to play the game again anywhere, its not even sold online on its original hardware anymore which is super sad to me, I really hope this game does not become lost media.

This game was part of my childhood, back when all I had was a laptop that could barely run TF2 and an Xbox with hundreds of games I got as gifts over the years. Majin and the forsaken kingdom was one of the games I fondly remember even to this day, having done multiple playthroughs even with many other games available because it was just that good. The aesthetic, the gameplay and the story come together to make an epic adventure to try and save a doomed kingdom from dark forces that have turned all of its inhabitants into immortal monsters with the help of the Majin and the critters that the protagonist can speak to. The fact that I cannot get my hands on this game to this day saddens me greatly, as it was a hidden gem unlike many other games in the Xbox 360 catalogue and I believe wholeheartedly that this game deserves to be preserved, if not for the sake of preservation then to give people the experience that I did growing up.
My brother received this game as a surprise for Christmas because our parents had read about it in a store, and it was inspired by Zelda. Honestly, for me and my brother, this game is a hidden gem, unfortunately too little-known because it's now only available in physical form on PS3 and Xbox 360 (apparently), and that's a shame because more than a Zelda-like game, it's a game with its own identity, with the relationship between the hero and the Majin, which is at the heart of the story and gameplay, plus its sublime, poetic atmosphere. Extra things to know: the monsters in this game were designed by an artist who worked on the Resident Evil saga.

I remember playing this game as a young child on PS3. I was so scared of the monsters back then, but I was so intrigued with the Majin and learning more about him, the kingdom, and your main character. It was super charming, the game playing out like a fairy tale. I never got to finish it, I think I ended up getting too scared. And now I’ve lost the game to time. I would love a chance to go back and see it through all the way to the end.

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection
Metal Gear Solid HD CollectionFrom the critically acclaimed director, Hideo Kojima, Metal Gear Solid HD Collection offers a handful of the most popular Metal Gear Solid titles from the past in true HD for the first time ever. Featuring three complete games, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, the HD Collection offers old and new fans a chance to experience the epic game play, design and storytelling of the MGS franchise. The "Metal Gear Solid (MGS)" series is the seminal work of Hideo Kojima, Japan's master game creator, and the progenitor of the stealth action game genre. The series has become a global phenomenon, with over 27 million copies sold worldwide. The player controls a secret agent from an elite special forces unit who is sent on solo sneaking missions through enemy installations, vast jungles, and sometimes even the thick of battle. Alone and surrounded by the enemy, even a special forces agent will find it tough to come out alive. But that is the secret behind the series' popularity-the cerebral challenge of figuring out how to avoid combat, and the thrill of sneaking through enemy territory undetected. The MGS series is also known for its storyline, which blends seamlessly with the gameplay. The scenarios are based on extensive research and incorporate the drama of actual developments in society. These elements have made MGS what it is today: a mature work of entertainment that transcends national borders and the confines of video games, and one of the leading products of the Japanese content business.
