My biggest memories of this game are the anime OVA, the cutscenes and playing as Vile. The fact that an almost 20 years old game feels so fresh compared to other titles in the series, speaks volumes of its quality.
First time I even interacted with anything MHX related was by downloading The Day of Sigma OVA through a program on our old family computer. Needless to say, it blew my mind as a kid.
Years later I actually got the game and played the hell out of it on my PSP 3000. I REALLY need this remake to escape the PSP prison.
Love this game on the Playstation Portable and would love to see it back in some way. It's a good Remake of Megaman X, almost a 1:1 recreation with remastered music and some voice acting.
Driver: San FranciscoThe game takes place a few months after the events of Driv3r. It is revealed that both Tanner and Jericho survived the shootout in Istanbul. In the game's trailer, it is revealed that since then, both men have recovered and Jericho has escaped to San Francisco, while Tanner has pursued him there. Jericho is shown being transported in the back of a prison truck, but manages to escape with a vial of acid hidden within his mouth. He overpowers the guards, and hijacks the truck. Tanner and Tobias witness this from Tanner's car, pursuing Jericho as he causes havoc on the streets of the city. Tanner ends up in front of Jericho in an alleyway, and gets pushed in front of a tractor trailer. A hard crash occurs, putting him into a coma. The game changes large parts of the storyline in Episode 1 while following the elements established in the original game. This includes adding new characters and changing how some scenarios play out.
Changes in Episode 2 were much larger as the main character perspective of the game was switched from Jr. to Shion to match up with Episode 1 and 3. Some characters are removed from the story or have their fates changed or revealed. Some dungeons are removed, edited, or replaced.
