Story:For some time now, Leafmore High School has been the setting for unexplained disappearances. In this survival horror game, you take control of a group of 5 American students. With your friends, you try to unravel the mysterious happenings at this unremarkable-looking school. The night will be long and survival will not be easy... A few years ago, strange things started occurring in the usually quiet American school of Leafmore. Some students are said to have heard awful screams, and there is the talk of mysterious disappearances. After one of their friends mysteriously disappears, a group of students decides to investigate the disturbing events. One evening after class, they stay behind and are locked inside the school, determined to discover what is going on. Down long, dimly-lit corridors and in dark classrooms, Shannon, Kenny, Ashley, Stan, and Josh will try to find out why their school has become so terrifying - and will try to stay alive.Show more

This game is so fun. Played this recently with my brother and it was a blast. Wish I've played it before. I think this game is available on steam but the version there do not have a cooperative game mode if I not mistaken. This game claims cooperative.

Such a great overlooked survival horror game. I wonder if it's possible to get the original version though, given that it has copyrighted music that was changed in later versions...
I had this game back in ps2 days as a kid, and although I wanted to complete it I was too scared to play it. more than decade later I've been very nostalgic about ps2 era games, sheer amount of variety of genres on ps2 has not been replicated yet, and aesthetic of ps2 era games is first thing that pops in my head whenever name "videogame" is mentioned, and this title represents that era the best for me. its one game that sums up that mystical, seemingly never ending library of amazing experiences that that generation had. I spent best memories playing this gaming not knowing I would remember it fondly for rest of my life
Easily one of the best horror games on the ps2. This game was so underrated and not given the attention it deserved. I can't wait to have it on PC. It'd be a real treat for horror fans around the world.

ObsCure is a vibe, to be sure, but it's one of the best at imitating the low-budget teen horror film explosion of the late 90s and early 2000s. Imagine, a co-op horror game that actually leans into the co-op aspect, unlike Resident Evil Outbreak, with characters who aren't afraid to smash open a vending machine or break windows to overcome locked doors! It's probably too much to ask for the original SUM-41 soundtrack due to licensing issues, but getting that music would be the feather in this game's cap. There's hours of great fun to be had here!

I played this one a lot on the PS2! I completed it several times with friends when I was a kid. One of the best co-op survival horror games ever made. It's still available on Steam and I hope it becomes available on GOG soon.

I remember the gory deaths of the kids in this game. It was sort of like an 80s slasher flick as a game. It would be nice to see it resurrected so I could add it to my account.

This to this day is my favorite horror game of ALL TIME. I play it every year on my old Xbox and PS2, but I don't know how long those systems will last. I lost a PS2 and a Xbox already. There is a version of the game on Steam, but I want to OWN this game. It has value for me on a deeper level. When I hear the ost it takes me back and I know exactly what music is played where. I know the devs closed shop sadly, but the rights to the games are out there. I still hope that one day we get a ObsCure 3 since it sadly died after 2. ObsCure 1 however was a game so good. So outstanding that it rivales my other favorite game ever "Resident Evil Remake". Please GOG! Please get this game and the sequel so that I can play it forever with my friends and family!!! PLEASE

Discworld
DiscworldDiscworld is a game released for PC (subsequently Mac, and Playstation) by Teeny Weeny / Perfect 10 studios in 1995. The game was released both on floppy disk and CD-Rom. The latter featured a commentary team created of many veterans of famous Brit-Coms. This included Monty Python's Eric Idle, Radio 4's (later to be more famous) Rob Brydon, ex- Doctor Who John Pertwee, 70s pop singer Kate Robbins, and Blackadder star Tony Robinson. The game is a riff on the Discworld title 'Guards, Guards', however many elements of the text have been shifted, not least the inclusion of Rincewind as protagonist. The game featured puzzles which were considered far too difficult and obtuse for gamers of the time, but the game itself has had a lasting legacy, now being accepted into such emulators as SCUMMVM.
