Story:The game is set on a spaceship viewed from a top-down perspective. The ship consists of numerous rooms and levels, each one populated by hostile robots or "droids". The player, in control of a special droid called the "Influence Device", must destroy all the other droids on the ship. Each droid (including the player) is represented as a circle around a three-digit number. The numbers roughly correspond to the droid's "power" or "level", in that higher-numbered droids are tougher to destroy.
The Influence Device is numbered "001". The primary way in which the Influence Device destroys other droids is by "linking" with them, effectively taking them over. When the player takes over another droid, the previously-controlled droid is destroyed.Show more

Paradroid and hewson games are a staple in the video game industry.
The game takes place over the map of space ships, with lifts that you can access and health pads.
The genius thing was not all floors were accessible through each lift pad so you had to search them out, whilst either avoiding other droids, taking them out or bashing into them and try to transfer to them (& take them over).
The sound effects are great, the presentation superb, this game has spawned many others that have borrowed the mechanics and rightly so, its a perfect way for a gamer to level up!
Hewson were always a stand out publisher on the C64 and for anyone reading this I would say search them out, they still help publish games today. Playing Paradroid and working in the games industry for over 30 years led me to Messiah and Space Station Silicon Valley (another fav by DMA design).
If anything Paradroid shows how with limited recourses you can really squeeze out the feeling of discovery and panic before your demise.
A Legendary game, that needs to be saved!
Lemmings TribesLemmings Tribes is a traditional Lemmings game for J2ME-enabled mobile phones. Released in 2008, it was the first Lemmings game to mention the tribes at all since The Lemmings Chronicles in 1994.
Despite being about the tribes, the game lacks any real story. Much like The Lemmings Chronicles, the game only features 3 tribes.
Classic Tribe, featuring 14 levels.
Medieval Tribe, featuring 13 levels.
Space Tribe, featuring 16 levels.
Additionally, there are 4 separate Tutorial levels that teach the player the 8 classic skills, including a playground level with infinite time and infinite skills to play around with.
Unlike its predecessor Lemmings Return, the mechanics are significantly different from the J2ME version of Lemmings. The 8 classic skills, for example, all function a bit differently from how they do in either of the former 2 games. The level structure, however, is entirely identical to Lemmings. The number of lemmings in each level does not depend on how many the player saved in the previous level; each level simply has a save requirement the player must meet. XenonXenon is a 1988 vertical scrolling shooter computer game, developed by The Bitmap Brothers and published by Melbourne House which was then owned by Mastertronic. Xenon was followed in 1989 by Xenon 2: Megablast.
The player assumes the role of Darrian, a future space pilot called into action by a mayday report from his superior on a nebula space station. As of late, the colonies of mankind have been under attack by mysterious and violent aliens called the Xenites and it is finally time for Darrian to engage them.
Unlike most scrolling shooters, the player can move in any direction instead of straight up. The player craft has two modes, a flying plane and a ground tank.
