Quest 64 guy just wants to Quest some 64s, let him have this, he deserves so much better than shitposting about an ancient N64 game and demanding crab rangoons.
This has been my favorite game since the early 2000s, I would love to see it get a little more love and be played by another generation. So, with the idea of a re-release or Nintendo putting it on the NSO+ seemingly unlikely....why not here?
My first 3D RPG; I didn't have a memory pack back then, so every playthrough I had to start from the beginning. It was unbearable, but looking back, it shaped a beautiful memory. This game deserves appreciation.
One of the first RPGs I ever played that got me hooked on the genre. It’s lived in my head rent free since and I’d love the chance to play it again. The music is incredible and the world is very immersive.

This game has inspired so many of my characters and ideas for writing. The elemental system has been my favorite way to incorporate and mix spells for different effects. It led to me liking rpg's in general, and that is no joke. I've gone back to replay this game at least once a year since I got my own copy 5 years after the games release. And I would buy it again just to support the games preservation. Hands down my FAVORITE N64 title.

Never expected this game to show up here! I played this game when I was a kid and just getting into RPGs. Sure, it's an unfinished game, but there's a lot of gameplay aspects in it that not many games do which make it SUPER fun. I also personally like the idea of no money with limited resources. It takes away the grind and worry of money, and makes you have to think strategically on how to use your items. If there's any place this game deserves to be it's on GOG. This game need to be preserved.

Rented this multiple times and loved it. So much to explore and such a personal experience with Brian. We travelled through perilous lands and grew stronger, together. I was always wondering what cool spell I would discover next. I would train up for tough fights. It felt great to overcome the bosses. There was a loneliness to the game, but I didn't feel alone. I was just exploring a deep, dark world, that was expressed in the bright colors of a children's book story.

Like many others, i got this game at blockbuster and have loved it since. Enough to make a video on it that somehow got 600k views 😂 Love the game, love vibe, get this on GoG
It's an RPG that needs to be released outside of the N64. It's not the greatest game of all time but it's not anywhere near as bad as people say. I've played it from start to finish and I had a fun time with it. Brian is a whimsical character. Once you figure out the gameplay mechanics and what you should be leveling up the game gets a lot better. I had a far better time with this game as an adult than I did as a kid. Imagineer, the company that made it still exists and is known for making the Fitness Boxing games on Nintendo Switch. I think if GOG did the work to get it on here the way they did with BOF4, maybe Imagineer would be receptive to this. Also Quest guy has been tirelessly campaigning for years to have this rereleased, and despite zero acknowledgment from Imagineer, he still continues to persist.

I played this when I was 6 or so. I knew no english but I cared not :') I remember running around in town and when I got to the first fight outside town I did not know what to do so I shut of the console and started it again. I was so happy just running around listening to the music and inventing my own story. But as I played some of it later as I was a lot older I found that it actually seems to be a good game. Would love to get the chance to finish it!

Eternal Sonata
Eternal SonataEternal Sonata is a role-playing video game developed by tri-Crescendo and published by Namco Bandai Games. The game is centered on the Polish romantic pianist and composer Frédéric Chopin, who died of tuberculosis at the age of 39. The story envisions a fictional world dreamed by Chopin during his last hours that is influenced by Chopin's life and music, and in which he himself is a playable character, among others. The game's battle system centers on musical elements and character-unique special attacks. Light and darkness play a part in the appearance and abilities of enemies on the battlefield, as well as the types of magic that can be cast. The game features a selection of Chopin's compositions played by pianist Stanislav Bunin, though the original compositions were composed and arranged by Motoi Sakuraba. It is notable for its use of classical piano pieces, educational cutscenes featuring real paintings and photographs (in contrast to the cel-shading graphics of the game) and lush landscape design.

Crimson
CrimsonCrimson is a medieval-themed role-playing game similar to Dragon Quest. The player controls a lone character, a young man whose father sent him on a mission to defeat the evil monster Crimson before passing away. Exploration is done in an overhead fashion, and is divided into world map and hostile areas, which are usually maze-like and contain one or more dungeons each. In towns the hero can buy weapons, armor, and items, as well as rest in inns. Enemies appear randomly, and the battles are turn-based. The player character can either attack, defend, or use an item. Combat is viewed from a first-person perspective. Unlike Dragon Quest, there are no random encounters on the world map. Exploration is non-linear, i.e. the player has access to many areas of the map from the beginning of the game.
