I discovered this game under my dad's computer one summer I went to stay with him. It made a hard time in my life. The choices and random encounters were amazing! I had always been a fan of text adventures but this was a whole new type. I remember the sense of victory with each development of my ship and finding discoveries that would either make or break my game. It was hard not to just sit and read all the entries in the books. Please bring this back!!!!
This game is excellent solo, but it's even better played with friends! I played a 3-player game with a couple of friends in the early 1990s, but I went away to college before we got anywhere near finishing. Now I'm playing a 3-player game with a couple of new friends, and we're about halfway done.
