A puzzle game that allows you to experience the war from four perspectives, Valiant Hearts is one of the titles that stays with you long after you finished it.
Everybody knows at least something about WWI and now, 100 years later, one generally has a birds eye view on the countries, the battles and the events unfolding. Valiant hearts brings the perspective back on the individuals; it made me bond with its characters the way few other games ever could. Overall, the gameplay is pleasantly relaxed, with little violence, in contrast to what the war must have felt like for the ones partaking in it.
Scarface: The World Is YoursThe game begins in the film's final scene, with Tony Montana's (Andre Sogliuzzo) mansion being raided by Alejandro Sosa's assassins. But this is the point of divergence from the film. Instead of being killed by the Skull, Tony manages to sense him and shoots him down. He fights through his mansion, with many deaths on both sides. In the ensuing chaos, Tony sneaks to the front of the mansion, barely alive, and manages to escape in his car. Sosa is then informed that Tony's mansion has been seized and his massive drug empire has been reduced to nothing. Hiding in a safehouse located outside of Miami, Tony regrets the decisions he has made but swears revenge on Sosa.Open world Action Sandbox

The second in the Kururin franchise, Paradise involves navigating complex levels with a constantly-rotating robot. Spring objects within levels change the direction of rotation when collided with, and an unlockable ability allows for increasing the speed of rotation. The player has three hit points. After three collisions with objects in the level (discounting the aforementioned springs), the level is re-started. Some levels have intermediate points that replenish health fully. However, they do not save progress. If the player loses all of his or her hit points, they still restart the level from the beginning.
