Will I be able to get back to amn once i will set Imoen free? I wasn't going out of the city and I wonder if I will be able to complete quests with Imoen ??

Absolutely yes. In fact, you must go back to continue the main questline.

Not only can you go back, but you'll be strong enough to clean up any quests that was probably too hard at the beginning. Like taking down the Twisted Rune, doing Watcher's Keep, or fighting any of the dragons.
