I just purchased and downloaded and game will not load

Not much info to go on, so I'm going to guess that you have Windows 10 and have not enabled DirectPlay. To do this go to 'Control Panel' >> 'Programs' >> 'Turn Windows Features on or off' >> turn on the DirectPlay feature.
