if I buy BGII:EE via GOG, will I be able to download the 1.3 version?

is there a patch switcher to downpatch the game?

Not if you use the Classic installer version - I've long wanted to download v1.3 but have been unable to. I know it used to be available via the Galaxy roll-back feature but as I don't use it I'm not sure if it's still available. Maybe a Galaxy user can confirm.
