I just finished the epilogue and im surprised that mine was very different from what some walkthroughs said. In one walkthrough that I read, you would need to fight duncan and corwin...they never appeared for me at all. There was a door with a keyhole in the caverns but i couldnt open it, can that be opened?

After I exited the caverns, I met up with the party and that was the end of it. Very different from what I read.

The thief who gets you out of jail should open the secret passage leading to the sewers. It's down there where you will eventually meet up with Duncan and Corwin. There will be a fight that you cannot win, so you must escape by jumping into the waterfall. Game over...

The grand dukes let me out though. What determines whether the dukes let you out or the thief does?

You got me. I've only ever played it once. That was enough for me...
