Doesn't matter what I'm doing. It just on turns on for 5-10 seconds then turns off for 5-10 seconds on a cycle.
Incredibly annoying.

If I turn it off, it turns on if I get into a vehicle too. So, after every vehicle ride its back to 7 seconds turn off/on cycle.

Incredible frustrating.

Anyone have a fix?

It happens to me too sometimes. Patch 2.1 need some fixes.

The portable radio turns back on if you turn on a car radio so I think it might be a bug. If anything I hope an option gets patched in that allows us to disable the portable radio entirely if for some reason that's how it was intended. I like heading the city sounds for immersion so I don't like having music on 24/7

Its specific to the save too. Like there is state of the game where radio just spazzes out, but I'm not their Quality Assurance so I don't want to test what exactly that state is.

That is rather annoying. Disable radio, get into card, leave car, radio is enabled.
