I don't know if anyone had this happen to them, but I noticed after getting the first cyberware install from Vic, the eye doesn't install, and you have to go back to get it done. Anyone else notice this?

Also, while not as big a concern, I've noticed that you don't hear the ingame ads as much in the world. Is it just me, or was that tweaked?
