The DLC on steam is 15% Off going from $29.99 to $25.49.
Why would this also not be on sale on THEIR publishing site GOG?

On GOG, Phantom Liberty was on sale for the same price... until just 11 or 12 days prior. As can be gathered from the provided link, it is regularly sold at a discount; the upcoming sale for it will not be far off.

I only just now had enough free money to buy the DLC and wanted to buy it for the best price.
