I started playing again after waiting a couple of months for patches. I just picked up a new secret vehicle, and enjoyed driving it around - well, despite the less than stellar controls on PC. I called a vehicle when off in the Bad Lands and the requested car showed up, but I was unable to move after getting in. The car just sits there, hovering slightly above the ground. I summoned Jackie's motorcycle, and the same issue occurred.

It is a LONG walk in the Bad Lands to a transport station...

EDIT: I quit and reloaded and now the vehicles are usable again. Weird, but hey, at least it wasn't a permanent bug. Also, I wanted to add that the game now loads MUCH MUCH faster than before. That's a very welcome change.

Good to know about the loading times. Also, cool that you fixed the vehicles :)

in my experience it loads a lot slower now than it used to, and the game actually crashed for the first time for me after this latest patch.

That's definitely unfortunate! I'm running an old I7 6700 and GTX 1660 on a HDD. The 1.31 patch probably cut the load time in half for me.
