I just went to buy a game and Paypal is not available. What is going on with GOG. Galaxy is bugged for 6 months, now can't pay with paypal. Is it all falling to pieces?

I tried GOG Galaxy and had the same issue. Came back to the website and it now works! I presume if I buy through Galaxy it will now work too! Don't ask me what the problem was though! :)

I can tell you that around the time you posted the OP I couldnt load paypal save for through the app on my phone so my have been a temporary downtime in the UK.

Disagree. PayPal protects you on top of your card. I have been using them for 15 years and never had a problem that wasn't dealt with quickly without having to call the card company.

Paypal restricts spending for political purposes while leaking personal details by default. In the US it's easier for them to steal peoples cash.

I had the same issue. But it was my fault because I use NoScript. The program blocked the link to PP.
