I was going to download and install Two Worlds from my Library, recently added thanks to GOG Connect. I'm using my usual Internet browser (Firefox) and not GOG Galaxy. I already was able to download the soundtrack, and then later wanted to download the game, went to my Library, saw the files to download, but then decided to check the forums first, read a little, posted here and there, checked the sales, and so on... Then went back to my Library and noticed that my total number of games was reduced in 1, and Two Worlds is nowhere to be seen. Totally gone. Sorted my Library by Title and by Purchase Date, game has vanished. Then checked the store and sale pages again and they say I own the game, but when I go back to my Library it's not there... (o_O)

I cleared my browser using CCleaner. Already used the trick to "refresh" my account twice, but it doesn't work. Also GOG Connect to refresh the sync, just in case, because I still have the game in my Steam account (:P)

This happened over 3 hours ago, but nothing has changed. Any ideas of what's going on?

Everything fine here, added it via GOG Connect as well.

Does the game appear in the list of orders? https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders

Yes, I forgot to mention that I already checked that page too. It's there.
Library is fine to me, both for GOG connect games and for Two Worlds. It's probably an error specific to your account, so you should just send a ticket to support.

Yeah, I guess I will have to do that. I'll wait a few hours more in case this problem is fixed by itself, and if not, well... I will contact GOG Support... (:P)

Sorry guys, I don't know how it happened, but somehow the game was "Hidden" in my Library... /facepalm (>_<)
Honestly, I wasn't aware that such feature existed... I guess I wasn't paying attention, LOL (:P)

me too I lost my games in my account contact support but they were unsuccessful finding me cause its been so long .
