Well, if that is the watercooler I seriously doubt I'd be doing any actual work.

I have seen work places where the minority was sober but they are trying to get rid of drinking during work hours in most places it seems.

Giving a bit of insight into a company's inner workings does not necessarily automatically=releasing a business roadmap to the public.

Also it'd be nice to chat/touch base with the userbase and it'd likely net them some sales/good PR.
