Even though I got used to the controls as is, I kinda wish for an option to change some keys around. In-game there is no option to change the keybindings but I am wondering if there is a method I am missing?

Are you not seeing a "Customize Controls" option in-game on the Input menu? (see attached pic)

There it is. Stupid me :P

EDIT: No I can't find it.

Mabye its because I am using an older version of this game and I need to download the most up to date.

Did you install the correct one? When I bought it I had two games added to the library - "System Shock Classic Edition" and "System Shock Enhanced Edition". It might be worth re-downloading & reinstalling the Enhanced version and if that works, maybe hide the Classic version to avoid confusion in the future?

I am using the Enhanced Edition.

But mabye its because its an older version. I am using 2.14, the latest is .18

Yep, I was only using a older version of the Enhanced Edition. The latest version has 1080p and rebindable keys.
