today I wanted to change my payment method and I just can't remove my current Mastercard. I pressed the "REMOVE" button but nothing happened. In addition, I can't see an option to add a VISA payment card. Please, someone, any help?

That's because I'm still using it.

account/refresh, if nothing else, you could probably get in touch with Support.

Just buy something and choose an other payment method.
