I'm asking here because forums seems slightly dead.

Could I run it?

This is my specs:
CPU
Intel Core i5 8400 @ 2.80GHz 44 °C
Coffee Lake 14nm Technology
RAM
16,0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz (15-15-15-36)
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B360M H (U3E1) 34 °C
Graphics
DELL P2417H (1920x1080@60Hz)
3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB (ASUStek Computer Inc)

and of course, windows 10 64-bit.

also, if I can run it, what will my experience be? Why 6gb video memory?

my speccs are little above minimum, but game required 6gb video memory for recommended and I don't know what that means.

Yes, you can likely run it well. Below is a video with specs very similar to yours (i5 8400, GTX 1060 [doesn't specify GBs] and 16 GBs RAM). At 2560x1440 resolution and very high settings, the game is still performing at 60+ FPS. You may end up needing to knock down some of your settings (such as textures), but you should otherwise be fine:

The game requires 2GB video memory but recommends 6GB. Basically, higher VRAM is usually better for higher quality textures at higher resolutions. Playing at 1920x1080 you should be okay.
